Teriyaki Meatballs with Broccoli and Rice

Ingredients

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place meatballs on a sheet pan and bake for 15-20 minutes, until lightly browned and heated through.

Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions and set aside.

Steam broccoli according to package directions and season as desired (ex: salt, pepper, garlic powder, olive oil).

Once the meatballs are out of the oven, toss in the teriyaki sauce while still warm.

Add 1 cup of cooked rice to each meal prep container, then add 1/4 of the meatballs and broccoli to each container.

Optional:
Garnish with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes. Refrigerate for up to 5 days and reheat in the microwave before serving.
