Caprese Salad with Fresh Mozzarella

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

3 medium size ripe tomatoes

1 pound (16 ounces) BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese log

extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper

fresh basil

Add To

Directions:

Slice tomatoes and BelGioioso Fresh Mozzarella cheese into 1/4 inch slices.

Arrange on a platter, alternating a slice of tomato, cheese and a basil leaf until platter is full.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Garnish with fresh basil.
