Spicy Black Bean and Chorizo Nachos

(15 ounce) Essential Everyday Seasoned Black Beans, slightly drained

Essential Everyday Yellow Corn Round Tortilla Chips
|

Monterey Jack salsa con queso, warmed
|

Essential Everyday Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

chopped fresh cilantro

|
|
Directions:
In large skillet over medium-high heat, combine sausage, onion and peppers; cook and crumbled until sausage is no longer pink and crispy browned. Drain off grease. Stir in beans; cook until heated through.
Place chips on two large baking sheets. Top with con queso, bean mixture and shredded cheese.
Bake in a preheated 400 degree F oven until cheese is melted and bubbly (about 10 minutes). Garnish with tomatoes and cilantro.
