Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

1/2 cup Essential Everyday Light Mayonnaise

1/2 cup Essential Everyday Blended Plain Lowfat Yogurt

3 tablespoons Essential Everyday Granulated Sugar

2 tablespoons Essential Everyday Red Wine Vinegar

4 cups fresh broccoli florets

4 cups cauliflower florets

1 package (2.8 ounce) Essential Everyday Real Bacon Pieces

3/4 cup Essential Everyday Raisins

1/2 cup chopped red onion

Add To

Directions:

In large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and vinegar; salt and pepper to taste.

Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

Refrigerated, covered, several hours or overnight.
