Chocolate Covered Stuffed Strawberries

(8 ounce) Essential Everyday Cream Cheese, softened

Essential Everyday Powdered Sugar

Essential Everyday Pure Vanilla Extract

fresh strawberries, cleaned and dried

Essential Everyday Chocolate Flavored Almond Bark
|

|
Directions:
In small bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until well combined. Cut a small hole in the top of each strawberry and stuff with small amount of cheese mixture; set aside.
Melt almond bark according to package directions. Dip one strawberry in almond bark; set on a waxed paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining strawberries.
Refrigerate strawberries until almond bark is firm (about 30 minutes). Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
