Chive Buttered Potatoes

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Wild Harvest Organic Baby Red Potatoes, quartered

1/4 cup Wild Harvest Organic Butter, melted

2 tablespoons chopped Wild Harvest Organic Fresh Chives

2 teaspoons minced garlic

Add To

Directions:

Place potatoes in large pot with cover. Cover with water.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.

Toss potatoes with remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste.
