Bacon and Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients

2 cups Essential Everyday Shredded Triple Pepper Cheese, divided

1 package (8 ounce) Essential Everyday Cream Cheese, softened

1 can (4 ounce) Essential Everyday Jalapeno Peppers Diced, drained

6 slices Essential Everyday Thick Sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

Directions:

In large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup cheese, cream cheese, jalapenos, bacon, and garlic. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat until well combined.

Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven 20 minutes or until bubbly and browned.

Serve warm with crackers.
