Quick and Easy Turkey Chili

Ingredients

1 teaspoon Wild Harvest Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 pound lean ground turkey

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped poblano pepper or green bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped Wild Harvest Organic Whole Carrots

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 can (15 ounce) organic chili beans in sauce, undrained

1 can (10 ounce) Wild Harvest Organic Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles, undrained

Directions:

In medium saucepan over medium-high heat, combine turkey, onion, pepper, carrot and garlic; salt and pepper to taste. Cook and crumble until turkey is cooked through.

Stir in chili beans in sauce and drained tomatoes; bring to a simmer. Reduce heat and simmer until heated through and carrots are tender (about 10 minutes).
