Lemony Apple-Bran Salad

Yield: 6 servings (1/2-cup)

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain, lowfat yogurt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups chopped, cored red apples

1/2 cup thinly sliced celery

1/2 cup halved, green grapes or 1/4 cup raisins

1/2 cup Kelloggs's All-Bran cereal

Add To

Directions:

1. In medium-size bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, lemon juice, parsley and salt. Stir in apples, celery and grapes or raisins. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Just before serving, stir in Kellogg's All-Bran cereal. Serve on lettuce if desired.
