This fresh and fruity combination of apple and orange blends with cool vanilla yogurt to make a refreshing afternoon boost.

1 medium Granny Smith apple, cored, peeled and diced

1/2 cup orange juice

2 Tablespoons honey

5 to 6 ice cubes
