Ranch Grilled Chicken Kabobs

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing mix

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts and thighs, cut in half lengthwise

8 metal or wood skewers (soak wooden skewers in water before using)

Add To

Directions:

Combine dressing mix and vegetable oil.

Marinate chicken in mixture for 15 minutes.

Thread chicken onto 8 skewers.

Brush with remaining marinade.

Grill approximately 10 minutes, turning once.
