12-15 melba rounds

1 can (4 3/4 ounces) Underwood Roast Beef spread

1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

1 tablespoon minced onion

Directions:

Spread melba round with roast beef spread. Top with grated cheese and minced onion. Broil for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
