Ingredients

4 Tablespoons chilled fresh peach puree or nectar

1 Tablespoon peach liqueur such as Schnapps (optional)

6 ounces chilled champagne or sparkling wine (Prosecco is the authentic choice)

Directions:

Pour peach puree or nectar into a champagne flute.

Add optional peach liqueur.

Top with chilled champagne.
