Fresh Fruit Salad with Jalapeno Citrus Dressing

Ingredients

1/2 honeydew melon - seeded and cubed or scooped using a melon baller

1 large ripe papaya - peeled, seeded, cubed

1 pint fresh strawberries - stemmed, halved

8 ounces fresh pineapple chunks

Jalapeno Citrus Dressing:

1/3 cup orange juice

3 Tablespoons lime juice

3 Tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

2 jalapeno peppers - seeded, minced

1 Tablespoon honey or granulated sugar

Directions:

Place fruit in large bowl and refrigerate. Toss with dressing just before serving.

Jalapeno Citrus Dressing:
In small bowl, combine orange juice, lime juice, cilantro jalapenos and sugar or honey; mix well. Refrigerate and toss with fruit just before serving.

Serving Idea: Toss fruit with dressing and thread fruit onto wooden skewers.
