Ingredients

3 pkgs. (8 oz.) Neufchatel cheese, softened

3/4 cup cucumber, chopped

1 clove garlic, chopped

small amount of grated onion, (for the juice of the onion)

6 Tablespoons low fat mayonnaise

3 Tablespoons ketchup

1-1/2 to 2 lbs. cooked shrimp, chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
