Classic Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 pkg. salad shells

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, fully cooked on grill

4 cups bite size romaine lettuce

3/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing

1 cup croutons

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

coarsely ground black pepper

Directions:

Prepare shells according to package directions: Cut chicken breast into thin slices. Place romaine lettuce in large bowl. Mix in dressing.

Divide lettuce among shells. Top with sliced chicken, croutons, Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with pepper.
