1 ounce Honey Simple Syrup

3 fresh mint leaves

4 ounces sparkling water, chilled

1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice

1 1/2 ounces light rum

Add To

Directions:

Combine syrup, mint leaves and splash of soda water in a 12 ounce glass. Add lime juice. Add the rum, stir well and fill with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with mint sprig.
