Taco Nachos

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 package taco seasoning mix

1 jar (16 ounce) taco sauce

8 cups white or blue corn tortilla chips, or a mixture of both

4 ounces Mexican blend cheese, shredded

Optional Toppings:

Shredded lettuce

Fresh tomatoes, diced

Black olives, sliced

Sour cream

Fresh cilantro

Add To

Directions:

In large skillet, brown ground beef and drain off excess oil. Add taco seasoning and taco sauce and stir to blend.

Place tortilla chips on large platter. Top with seasoned ground beef, cheese and optional toppings. Serve immediately.
