1-1/2 ounces heavy cream

1-1/2 ounces gin

1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar

Directions:

In shaker combine lemon, (juiced), ice, egg whites, heavy cream, gin and sugar; shake well. Strain into 8 ounce fizz glass.
