Mud Creek Baked Beans

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

1 can (16 oz.) baked beans

1/2 lb. pork, fully cooked and shredded

1 cup green pepper, diced

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 onion, diced

Add To

Directions:

In a bowl, combine beans, pork, green pepper, sugar and onion. Mix well, then pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Stir and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
