Ingredients

1/3 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons green onion, chopped

16 snack crackers

1 package (8 oz.) cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

Directions:

Mix mayo and onion. Spread crackers with mayo mixture. Cut cheese slices to fit crackers; place cheese on mayo mixture. Place on cookie sheet. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
