No-Fuss Chicken Caesar Salad

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

9 ounces fully cooked chicken breasts, diced

1/2 cup Ceasar salad dressing

8 cups torn romaine lettuce

1/2 cup red onion,thinly sliced, cut in half

2 medium tomatoes, cut into 12 wedges

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated

1/2 cup seasoned salad croutons

Directions:

Place chicken in a medium glass bowl. Pour dressing over chicken; toss to coat. Divide lettuce on four serving plates.

Top with equal amounts of chicken, onion and tomato. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons.
