Marinated Cucumbers

Ingredients

1/4 cup white vinegar

2 Tablespoons granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon celery seeds

1/8 teaspoon sea salt

1/8 teaspoon white pepper

1 large cucumber, very thinly sliced

1 small sweet onion, very thinly sliced and separated

Add To

Directions:

Combine vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt and pepper in a 1- quart container with cover.

Gently stir in cucumber and onion. Cover and chill for 2 hours to 5 days.
