Maple Sausage, Squash And Bell Pepper Packets

Yield: 4 servings



Preheat grill.

Divide sausage, squash and green pepper evenly on the aluminum foil sheets to make four servings; sprinkle with onions.

Mix syrup, orange juice and salt in small bowl; pour over sausage and vegetable mixture. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form a packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside each packet. Repeat to make four packets.

Cover and grill for 35 to 40 minutes or until sausage is heated through and vegetables are tender.
