Bleu Cheese And Frosted Raspberry Salad

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 tablespoon sugar

1 package (5 oz.) salad greens

1/2 cup bleu cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup raspberry vinaigrette

Directions:

In a small bowl, gently toss raspberries with sugar and set aside. Divide salad greens among 4 salad plates. Top each with bleu cheese and frosted raspberries; drizzle with vinaigrette.
