Salmon Dijon Pasta Salad

Yield: 10 servings

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, diced

1 package (16 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

2 cans (6 oz. each) salmon, drained

garlic salt to taste

pepper to taste

Directions:

In a large bowl, mix yogurt and mustard until well blended. Add celery, peppers, onion and pasta; blend well. Gently fold in salmon. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Serve at once.
