Asian Turkey Burgers

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey breast

1 1/2 cups French fried onions, divided

1 egg, beaten

1/2 cup water chestnuts, finely chopped

1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

3 Tablespoons stir fry sauce

1 Tablespoon hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

4 sandwich buns

Lettuce, shredded

Directions:

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, 1 cup French fried onions, beaten egg, chestnuts, Panko crumbs, stir fry sauce, hot sauce and ginger; mix well.

Shape into 4 patties; grill 10 minutes or longer, turning once. Serve on buns. Top with remaining onions and shredded lettuce.
