Ingredients

4 teaspoons chili powder

1-1/2 teaspoons oregano

3/4 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

6 boneless pork chops

Directions:

Combine the chili powder, oregano, cumin and garlic; rub over both sides of pork chops. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Grill for 5-10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
