Chicken and Cabbage Skillet

Yield: 4 servings



Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt. Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium high heat. Add chicken to skillet. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until lightly browned, turning once. Remove from skillet. Add onion, potatoes, coleslaw
mix and caraway seed to skillet; mix well.

Top with chicken. Cover and cook for 10 -15 minutes or until vegetables are tender and juices of chicken run clear, stirring
occasionally. Serve warm.
