Low Fat Ambrosia Fruit Dip

A yummy fruit salad topping too!

Yield: 2 cups

Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese, softened

1 cup plain low fat yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon grated lemon rind or 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

14 pkg. Equal sugar substitute

assorted fresh fruit, cheese and melon balls

Directions:

Blend cream cheese and yogurt until smooth. Stir in vanilla and lemon rind. Cover and chill. Serve with fresh fruit, cheese cubes or melon balls. May also be used as a topping for fruit salad.
