Chilled Strawberry Cream

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries

1/4 cup confectioners sugar

1/2 cup whipping cream

Add To

Directions:

Place strawberries and sugar in a blender and process until finely chopped. In a small bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into berries, pour into dessert dishes. Refrigerate to chill and blend flavors.
