An elegant carrot-raisin salad

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

2 cups grated carrot (4 large carrots)

1/2 cup Sun-Maid Seedless Raisins

1 can (13 1/4-oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon instant minced onion

1 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Add To

Directions:

Pare and cut carrots into chunks. Whirl (dry) in blender until grated. Combine all ingredients. Serve in lettuce cups.
