Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef

1 pkg. (3 oz.) beef flavored ramen noodles

2 cups water

2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

Directions:

In a skillet, cook beef until browned; drain. Add noodles and flavoring packet with water. Bring to a boil; cook for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
