Zesty Bacon Horseradish Chicken Thighs

Yield: 3 servings

Ingredients

1/4 cup sour cream

2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish

1 Tablespoon real bacon bits

6 fresh chicken thighs

Directions:

Preheat grill.

In a small bowl, mix sour cream, horseradish and bacon bits. Loosen skin on thighs, and rub paste under skin directly onto meat.

Place over direct heat on grill and cook until chicken is done, about 35 to 40 minutes.
