2 1/2 to 3 lbs. London broil or chuck steak

1/2 cup Italian Dressing

Directions:

In large baking dish, place meat and cover with Italian Dressing. Marinate, turning occasionally for about 3 hours. Broil steak, preferably over charcoal, turning once.

Variation: Add 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup brown sugar to Italian Dressing before marinating.
