1 cup chopped onion

3/4 cup chopped green pepper

13 oz. cooked smoked turkey sausage, sliced 1/2 inch thick

1 1/2 cups chunky salsa

2 cans (15.5 oz.) hominy, drained

4 oz. shredded Montery Jack cheese

Directions:
