Glazed Apples and Sausage

Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients

2 pounds pork sausage links, prepared following package directions

2 large tart apples, peeled and sliced 1/4- inch thick

1 large onion, chopped

1/3 cup chicken broth or water

1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

In a large skillet, combine apples, onion, broth and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the sausage; heat through and serve.
