Raisin Nut Baked Apples

Ingredients

6 medium Golden Delicious apples

6 tablespoons chopped walnuts

1/4 cup honey

6 tablespoons raisins

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:

Core apples; place in a greased 11x7 microwave safe dish. Fill the center of each apple with walnuts and raisins. Drizzle with honey; sprinkle with cinnamon. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 6 minutes or until apples are tender.
