Fish Sticks Marinara

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves

2 cloves garlic, minced

12 frozen breaded fish sticks

1 jar (15 ounces) marinara sauce

2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F.

Arrange broccoli in ungreased 8 x 8 baking dish. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with basil and garlic.

Layer fish sticks over the broccoli and pour marinara sauce over the top to cover the fish and broccoli.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Parmesan over the top.

Sprinkle panko crumbs over the cheese.

Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until heated through.
