Crispy bacon and fresh broccoli gives this salad crunch!

Ingredients

3 bunches broccoli (large bunches), stems removed and separated into bite size pieces

1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup red onion, chopped

2 cups mayonnaise

4 tablespoons vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

Add To

Directions:

Place broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in large bowl.

Combine sugar, mayo and vinegar and pour over broccoli mixture. Toss together.

Serve immediately or refrigerate.
