Jack's Cooler by the Bay

Yield: about 3 servings

Ingredients

3 cups water

1 cup Jack Daniel's Old No. 7

1 1/4 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 or 5 large lemons)

3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

Combine all ingredient. Mix well and serve over ice. The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to serve a crowd. Garnish with mint sprigs.

Helpful Hint: roll each lemon between your hand and the counter top before juicing to get the maximum amount of juice.
