Grilled Orange and Honey Chicken Strips

Yield: 4-6 servings

Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breast halves, each cut into 3 strips

2 Tablespoons butter, softened

Zest of one orange

2 Tablespoons orange juice

2 Tablespoons green onion, finely chopped

2 Tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped

1 Tablespoon honey

Add To

Directions:

Thread three strips of chicken onto each of 6 skewers.

In a small bowl, stir together butter, orange zest, orange juice, onion, cilantro and honey. Brush about half the basting sauce on all sides of the chicken; let stand about 15 minutes.

Barbecue on grill about 15 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce as needed.
