pork spareribs

water
|

| 1/3 |

butter
|
|
|

tablespoons |
lemon juice
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
dry mustard
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
chili powder
|
|
|
| 1 |
tablespoon |
sugar
|
|
|
| 1 |
tablespoon |
paprika
|
|
|
| 2 |
tablespoons |
salt
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
onion powder
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
garlic powder
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
teaspoon |
cayenne pepper
|
|
|
Directions:
Place spareribs on broiler pan or grill rack. Cover with foil. Roast at 400 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for about 30 minutes. Brush sauce on ribs. Broil or grill ribs 5-inches from heat for 7-10 minutes on each side. Serve with additional sauce.
