Mustard Mayonnaise Marinade
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients

red wine vinegar

dry red wine
|
|
|

cloves |
chopped garlic
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
dried basil
|
|
|

hot and sweet mustard
|
|
|

tablespoon |
ketchup
|
|
|
Directions:
Mix all ingredients to blend. Marinate steak or pork chops for at least one hour in refrigerator. Prepare meat as desired.
