Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients

1/2 head lettuce, torn

1/2 bunch spinach, torn

1/2 bunch Romaine, torn

1 small Tomato, chunked

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/4 cup olive oil

1/4 cup salad vinegar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

In a large bowl, toss greens, tomato and cucumber. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar and shake until well blended. Pour over salad, toss and serve immediately.
