Marinated Tomatoes

Ingredients

medium tomatoes, sliced

vegetable oil
|

minced fresh basil
|
|
|

tablespoon |
vinegar
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
sugar
|
|
|
Directions:
Place tomatoes in a shallow serving dish. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over tomatoes and cover. Refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors.
