Avocado Dip

Tastes great with warm tortilla chips

Ingredients

3 large avocados, peel and remove pit

1 large tomato, diced

1/2 cup onion, chopped

Fresh jalapeno peppers, finely chopped

Salt, to taste

Lemon juice

Add To

Directions:

Mash avocados.

Add tomato and onion and mix together with avocados.

Add jalapeno peppers and salt to taste.

Sprinkle lemon juice over top of mixture to prevent from turning brown.

Chill and serve with tortilla chips or as a side to Mexican dishes.
