Old Fashioned Chocolate Pudding

Yield: 3 cups

Ingredients

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 tablespoon flour

1/8 teaspoon salt

3 cups milk

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1 teaspoon vanilla

Add To

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan and stir well. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until well blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring for 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Spoon into individual dessert dishes and cover each with plastic wrap. Chill at least 3 hours.
