Salsa Hot Dog Wraps

Makes a tasty bite size appetizer!

Yield: 16 appetizers

Ingredients

4 (8- inch) flour tortillas

4 hot dogs

1/2 cup salsa

1/2 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat grill.

Wrap tortillas securely in foil. Place tortilla packet and hot dogs on grill for 4 to 6 minutes or until tortillas and hot dogs are heated through, turning hot dogs frequently.

Unwrap tortillas and layer with salsa, lettuce, hot dog and cheese. Roll up each tortilla and secure with toothpicks inserted 1- inch apart. Slice between toothpicks.

Note: Hot dogs can be broiled and tortillas oven warmed.
