Linguine With Crabmeat

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1/2 cup fresh broccoli, cut into small pieces

1/2 cup canned green beans

1/2 cup onion, diced

1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup water

1 1/2 cups milk

1 lb. imitation crabmeat

2 tablespoons margarine or butter

1 teaspoon garlic salt

3/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves

1 1/2 cups linguine, cooked (prepare according to package directions)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Bring broccoli, green beans, onion, mushrooms and water to a boil in a large saucepan. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes.

Add milk, crabmeat, margarine or butter, garlic salt and basil. Bring to a full boil. Stir in linguine and cheese. Let stand 5 minutes.
